I think 'almost' or 'virtually' gin is a perfectly acceptable phrase. It means 97%-99.99% win chances to me.

However, you can't be 'extremely' gin. That's a lot like the common misuse of 'unique' when people declare something 'very' unique. Unique is generally viewed as a binary thing, but 'almost' unique might be a legitimate concept; I'm not sure.
