I'm not quite sure I understand your stats:

" Petko Kostadinov vs Jor Rusell 38 matches i got between them

3.6 vs 4.4

55.3% outplay rate for Petko 19 won 18 lost"

What do you mean by "outplay rate"?

Also, 3.6 v. 4.4 seems to be a fairly big spread that is not reflected in the match results, although the sample size (37 matches) might well be too small. The same is true of the other stats, xcept perhaps Falafel v. Kenji, where the PR difference and actual results seem to correlate.
