Ruling in Madison

In Response To: Ruling in Madison (Chiva Tafazzoli)

I'm in favor of legal moves but it seems that's not ABT or WBF rules. Perhaps there should be a difference in the rules between illegal moves and no move at all (when there are legal plays). Yes its a player's own carelessness but it seems too large a penalty to pay, at least the first inadvertant time. Do we really want to win that way?
