XGRoller(+) is rollout.

in XG, rollout seed is based on the user selected seed plus a hash of the initial position. This allow to avoid the risk of using a seed that is biased in the short run. this also insure that all move for that checker play use the same seed.

In your case, because the initial position is different the XGR+ rollout will use a different seed and can be different.
