14/13* 8/4 seems obvious, but we could consider two other plays -- 14/13* 6/2 and 8/7* 6/2 -- and White's responses.

If White fans -- a 16/36 chance -- it shouldn't matter; I'd expect to collect a point.

White can enter hitting. 14/13* 8/4 gives White 14/36 return hits including 3/36 double hits; 14/13* 6/2 gives 16/36 hits including 2/36 double hits, and 8/7* 6/2 gives 13/36 including 4/36 double hits and a third blot. 14/13* 8/4 must be best.

And with a few rolls White enters without hitting. Here I'd expect double/pass if I've played 14/13* 8/4 and unsure of the double after the other two plays.

14/13* 8/4 still seems clear, so I'll look forward, Timothy, to the "strange results."
