13/11 6/5. If the option would be to play either a 21 or a "20", the choice between 13/11 6/5 and 13/11 and 0 (=pick up dice) would be somewhat close, but 24/23 with the ace really sucks, and other plays would leave a bunch of shots and blots, so 13/11 6/5 is clear.
