Legal Moves Club

I am a strong believer in legal moves for many reasons; add me to the club. Maybe we should make up a little badge to wear at tournaments? How about this: instead of saying "good luck" or "good match" let's get in the habit of saying, "Good match with legal moves."
There are many things I don't like about non-legal moves, but my number one problem is this:
my opponent rolls a 6-3 and moves 6-4. His play doesn't count until after he has picked up his dice, so I must wait for him to pick up his dice before I am allowed the option of letting the illegal play stand or not. However, if I wait until he picks up his dice and he says he thought he rolled a 6-4, now I have no way to prove that he made an illegal move. If I call it on him BEFORE he picks up his dice, then he has not made an illegal move and I have lost my option of letting his play stand or not. Some argue that you can rely on spectators if there are some, but that opens up another can of worms, and sometimes there are not spectators, and some times they weren't watching closely.
