I agree that you have to establish legal moves in advance. I tend to make the offer to players that I think might be receptive. Neil K. and Chuck are the only players that have ever made the offer to me--and Chuck made it unilaterally, correcting me on a play that I thought had crashed my board, but given a proper reading of the dice, did not.

I declare myself a member in the Legal Moves Club.
