Legal Moves Club: ++ - Directors?

Since the current rules don't provide for a legal moves agreement, I don't think it would be fair to the director to ask him to get involved in what is really an informal agreement. If you want to make a more formal agreement, each player could write "legal moves" at the top of their score card. But enforcement still depends on the integrity of the players.
