Certainly I leap the prime with the 6. Both 13/9 and 7/3* seem unnecessarily loose—too much risk for too little gain. So the 4 is either 17/13 or 6/2. 6/2 seems safest in the short run but it's hard to cover that blot and it could turn into a long-term liability. The spare on the 6 is very useful where it is. I think I prefer 23/13, though maybe I'm underestimating how risky it is.
