A difference of seven points in the score means the cube action (even on the initial double) is quite different than for money. White should make steam doubles and Black should make rathole passes.
I would double above. Cube ownership gives White very little recube leverage at this score. If Black gets hit, he has some nasty entries, especially if White has only one checker on his 24pt.
Winning four points gives White the match, so I believe he should take, but I bet it is a lot closer than most would think.
