11a-4a, cube action?

I would be pretty clueless trying to calculate this OTB, but against most people I wouldn't hesitate to double in practice.

Ethical question: if in reality I'm not sure about the double and think it's a big take, is it unethical to send the cube over immediately with confident body language, in order to induce the opponent to drop?
