In Response To: Clocks and Penalties (Bob Koca)

How about something like this (in the spirit of the Legal Moves Club) - as long as the TD doesn't object:

If my oppponent and I agree, if either of us gets down to 2 minutes we will stop the clock. We will restart the clock when the next round is scheduled to start.

Of course if the clock gets to 2 minutes after the next round is scheduled to start the clock wouldn't be stopped at all.
