Side pools

David, all I can go by is what the tournament directors have announced.

Not a word about side pools. If there will be any, and they are unraked, fine with me.

And also no word about the percentage returned of entry fees, or of other fees other than a $20 late registration charge. I'd assume that means there's no rake at all on entry fees, but making assumption can be dangerous.
