Even if the race were even, B (Both, Bar/20* 9/8) seems best to me: hitting the blot that White most wants to cover. As it is, Blue will be ahead by 20+ pips after the play, so I 'm inclined to think the decision isn't close.

White's plays so far were both errors. That might sort of argue for complications with K (Kill, Bar/24* 8/3); OTOH, with only one checker on the bar, she's more likely to perform a hat trick. :)
