Legal moves, clocks overdue. Mandatory clocks club

I would support a mandatory clocks requirement for all tournaments.

I would support a mandatory legal moves requirement for all tournaments.

I would support break time included in player time for all tournaments.

In the 60s of last century no decent chess player in Bulgaria would play a head to head game without a clock, let alone chess chouettes (called the American Way :) or tournaments.
