The skillful wins occur mainly when the better player is able to win the matches where the luck is average and, once a very large number of matches, win one where he was actually unlucky.
Can you really define a way to distinguish between skillful wins and lucky wins?
If you look at a bunch of matches between those two players, I think you will find that, regarding the luck measurements in mwc, they nearly all fall into one of two groups: Either the better player is quite lucky, or the worse player is quite lucky (on average the absolute value of luck will be a bit higher in the second group). I.e., matches where luck is close to average are accidental, and their number is very small.
