Also, does your program take the length of the field goal into account for the success rate or does it use the overall success rate for all field goals attempted? When I consider a problem like this I'd use ~100% as the success rate since we are on the 1/2 yard line. Best yet would of course being able to input individual kicker's stats to make the decision. If the guy has never shanked an extra point in his life ...
