Third Roll Rollout Database

Third roll positions is the "trial" application for a rollout database with a web interface. If there is sufficient interest, it will be expanded to a general database of bg rollouts (not just third roll positions).

Another application is for Neil-Nack's rollout queue of openings. Positions needing rollouts can be listed and volunteers can sign up to perform rollouts. Even those of us who don't have the computing power for 35k rollouts at 4-ply could take an existing rollout, add a few thousand games, and put it back in the database for the next volunteer. This is, perhaps, just a centralized mechanism for the volunteer based rollouts Nack and Paul have been doing for years. A wiki-like interface would allow everyone in the bg community to add to the store of positions and bg knowledge.
