I wrote "unlimited game" which is my attempt to please those who want to get away from the gambling connotations of "money game." I usually don't specify Jacoby or no Jacoby. If someone thinks it matters then I figure he or she will point it out.

So, I can't lose a gammon if I run.

I don't understand why this kind of reasoning is so common. The following sequence is perfectly possible: You run, White hits, you enter, White doubles, you take and lose a gammon. Jacoby only protects you from the sequences in which your opponent would otherwise be too good. It doesn't protect you from a gammon loss.
