My sympathies if you have Vista. I have it on my laptop. Windows 7 wasn't available when I bought it, and they said it would cost me $50 to downgrade to XP. There have been times when I wished I had taken them up on that, LOL

Glad you solved the sound problem. I never noticed it because I keep the speakers off on the laptop so I can use it in coffee shops etc. without driving everybody else in the place nuts.
