A couple long tests I did for RO's showed that XG 3 ply normal S.I. RO's are typically 3.6 times faster than GNU 2 ply World Class. This is with GNU's cache set to max 168 MB which does speed up RO somewhat. Of course I also set XG cache to max (then) of 512MB.
