OK EPC for Black would be 36 with a perfect speed board with with 6 missing numbers and chances to roll small and them miss and with some doubles not always working I think he has to be about 2.5 pips worse so lets say 38.5 pips.

EPC for White is 34+5.2= 39.2 so it seems Black's lead is less than 1 EPC so I doubt that he's good enough to recube. There's good volatility here since the miss/no miss chances can lead to market loss at a good no miss followed by smallish roll from White, and Black trials 0-1/13 but I just don't think Black wins often enough to recube.
