Middle-game double 3's to play

18/15(2) is a good start. I rejected 8/2 with the remaining two 3s because (a) it puts a checker out of play, (b) it leaves a somewhat inflexible position, and (c) five checkers are left on the 15- and 13-points, and bringing them home won't be easy. For the last two 3s I played 13/10(2) because it helps avoid the three problems that remain after 6/2. But is leaving the blot on the 13-point too much of a concession in the attempt to avoid those problems?
