If Blue leaves 13/36 hits, then 23/36 numbers miss, and then 12/36 numbers are {65 64 63 54 53 43}, and then 11/36 numbers hit. But of the 23/36 misses, one of them is 6-6. Blue's chance of getting hit if White rolls 6-6 is:

1/36 * 12/36 * 0/36 since White has had to run with both checkers

which leaves:

22/36 * 12/36 * 11/36
