The only consolation I have in agreeing with Chuck about what to play is that John played it also otherwise I'd be very hesitant. I hate the fact that if we play 3/1* our dead spare isn't a cover for both blots. If it was possible to move that spare back to the 4pt for example and have the same decision, I'd make the crazy hit then. As it stands, I play the simple 18/16 18/14 also.
