Nactation: 22 on the third roll

The broader definition of “M” includes any play (with a doublet) that makes an inside point, moves (or enters) a back checker, and moves a checker in the outer board.
Sounds like good use of M to me. You may question whether it should be upper or lowercase but you probably nailed it to the letter.
If you are particularly lazy like myself and transcribing this play for a match and 'M' didn't jump into your mind you could get away with 'R' (or more precisely 'r'). If you don't anchor 24/18 13/11 which I would nactate @, that leaves the first three 3s forced, 13/11 and 6/4(2). Now it's a matter of nactating the 'non forced' part of the move in which case you could be sloppy and use 'r'.
