You asked about 18/16 13/11 6/4(2) in the position above.

David and Stick are correct that M is the right family. The Mayfair split moves one back checker, one checker to/within the outer board, and two checkers lower down (preferably making an inside point).

Capital M is the right member of the family. Using the "most points" convention, 13/11 overrides 11/9. You can't make a point with the back checkers, so the 6pt convention decides there. M goes with 18/16, and m goes with 24/22.
