Anchor or hit? 5th roll

Making the anchor is clear to me in this type of position since there is no good six to play after hitting. I believe anchoring up is the dmp play also meaning that the extra gammons won from hitting would have to outweigh the gammons not lost by anchoring up. I'm not sure what the exact numbers are but am willing to wash them leaving me with anchoring up, 24/18 21/18.
