Weird Chouette Situation

How would you rule on this matter in a chouette where everyone was sleeping-lol

Ok, Todd is in the box, Harry is the Captain, and, I'm on the Team. At some point in the game, I decided to cube, I, however, cubed Harry(Captain) by mistake and Todd(box) cubed him also. Harry dropped 1 cube and took the other despite not being in the box. So, I was told that I received 1 point and went for lunch.I came back and Todd beat Harry on the 2 cube for 2 points. I felt that I was entitled to the 1 point because they had both been asleep on this inadvertent error and I left thinking that I had won the point. We came up with the result that Todd retained box and was awarded 1 point(1 point deducted for my point). How would you have ruled on this comedy of errors in our chouette ?
