Clock rules at scheduled ABT tournaments

In Response To: Clock rules at scheduled ABT tournaments (Daniel Murphy)

The New York Metro tournament is since 2010 directed by Lynn Ehrlich. Howard Markowitz is no longer involved in directing this event.

I recounted the improvements at this event in 2010, including the positive changes in clock policy here: http://www.bgonline.org/forums/webbbs_config.pl?noframes;read=58070

In 2010, the clock policy was - Doubles = Required; Masters = Preference; Open = Preference. There is every reason to believe that this policy will not change for 2011.
