Clock rules at scheduled ABT tournaments

Your chart is really awesome. I want to nitpick one thing.

Penalty = match clocked at TD's discretion, e.g., if a match is holding up the tournament

Although I do not have a suggestion for a better word, I really want to discourage you (and others) from using a word like "penalty" to describe this. That word sounds a bit too pejorative for my taste. As a staunch pro-clocker, I dislike people saying that they got "penalized" by "having" to play with a clock. We pro-clockers feel that we get penalized by not getting to play with a clock.

So, a more neutral word or phrase is in order there, as my tongue-in-cheek suggest would be to replace "Penalty" with "Merry X-mas".
