Bill Davis' Clocks Policy, March 2011 CSI Event

In Response To: Bill Davis' Clocks Policy, March 2011 CSI Event (Paul Weaver)

Changing from clocks preferred ("on demand") to clocks optional ("mutual agreement") would be a step backwards. I've looked up the format at 17 other ABT tournaments. In the open flight:

Preferred ("on demand")	4
Optional ("mutual agreement")	0
Other	4
Unknown	2

I'd like to believe that Howard's tournaments and Thousand Islands at least allow clocks in the open flight by mutual agreement, but there's nothing about it on their websites.

I would like to hear from Bill. Also from Joe and Rob with regard to Ohio and Pittsburgh. I believe all three read this forum.
