In Response To: Bill Davis' Clocks Policy, March 2011 CSI Event (Daniel Murphy)

I'd like to believe that Howard's tournaments and Thousand Islands at least allow clocks in the open flight by mutual agreement, but there's nothing about it on their websites.

I've seen plenty of people (myself included) who have played clocked matches in Howard's Las Vegas tournaments.
