(4) comes into play as a "penalty" for slow play. In any case I can't think of a better word, either.

I'm not nearly enough of an asshole to pull this off (I might be close =), but I have given thought to intentionally playing slowly so that the director would clock all of the rest of my matches, since I would consider that "penalty" to be a good thing.

And listen up, everybody: I'm not going to do it... I'm just blathering on about it. But it's worth thinking about, that some fool might actually do it.

If you really want to be neutral about it, how about just "TD discretion" in your table where you have "Penalty". That way, we don't have to think of it as a good or a bad thing.
