Stick Wants To Know Bill Davis' "Thought Process?"

Stick write, "That's too bad, I have to wonder what the thought process behind this is."

Stick wants to know Bill Davis' "thought process?" Stick is not the only one.

I want to know the thought process behind someone who has been running tournaments for decades and does absolutely nothing all Saturday afternoon to be on the lookout for slow matches.

Once the draw has been posted Saturday at noon or 1 PM or whenever, the TD who does not require clocks has absolutely nothing more important to do and has no higher priority than to make sure ALL matches are progressing at a reasonable pace.
