In Response To: Impact of Jacoby rule on checker play (Daniel Murphy)

The only data I've seen is mine: in 1,000 money games (Gnubg 2-ply vs. itself), 22 games were gammons/backgammons with the cube on one.

This is not however the number of games where the bot went from not good enough to too good. Clearly there will be many cases when the bot tripped into a TG situation but later cashed and that won't be represented in your results.
