I'd get out of there: 24/18 23/18. Those back checkers are your main liability and it will be hard to find a better opportunity to escape them safely.

The main alternative is PoH, which could work out very well, but you're still leaving a direct shot and need to extricate the back checkers, so it could also work out very badly. Hard for me to see how to balance the pluses and minuses, but I'd rather solve my main problem right away, so I'm going to stick with 24/18 23/18.
