Another 65 play

Here we outboard our opponent so we should look especially hard at blotty plays. PoH is blotty, almost humorously so. Opponent can't hit and cover (except by rolling appropriate doublets), and gammon wins matter while gammon losses don't. Still, the position looks a little strung out and difficult to consolidate after PoH.

Making the 4 point is solid and makes 5 points out of 6. Still, the 5 point isn't that easy to fill in, and we aren't taking advantage of Black's temporarily weak board.

The only other candidate I see is the tweener play of 13/2*, but it's hard to believe that this is better than PoH.

If I felt confident that I was significantly stronger than my opponent, then I would play PoH for the complications. Otherwise, I would make the 4 point. I try not to make "genius" plays unless I'm confident that I know what I'm doing, and here I'm just not sure.
