In my opinion, unless something revolutionary happens to Snowie or GNUBG, or someone comes up with a new bot, I doubt this will be a problem as already most everyone is using XG and the XG PR rating (though some continue to incorrectly call it ER).

Soon, as Xavier reports, an improved version of XG will appear that will be even better than the current model, and that will continue to spread the exclusive use of XG. With XG provably more accurate, faster, easier to use, and only $50, it is unlikely that someone would spend the time and money to try to create a new bot any time soon.
