There are so many decisions that should be changed based on your opponent it's ridiculous. If you're speaking solely of checker plays that number is greatly reduced but there are still a lot more situation than you think where one play is clearly correct and the alternative clearly wrong even though the bot gives them nearly the same equity. I could probably fold out a zillion examples from early game play assuming a decent sized skill difference.
