This looks like an easy money take since while Black's small doubles don't always work, White can waste a turn with two 2's. I doubt this is even as good for White and a pure 4 vs 4 turn bearoff but maybe close.

Anyhow Black's TP is about 19.5% here so his take is trivial but I suspect that with equal players White should go for the match here.

If White is 100 Elo better, I'd just wait til next turn and then cube if I didn't roll a 2 this turn.

If Black is 100 Elo better and passes White's cube here, he should join the Burger King Breakfast March. No way is 100 Elo enough to make 19.5% over 25% at 8a3a. Now if 300 Elo better that is a difference story and passing is to be considered.
