Wouldn't a fair settlement require 1/3 deducted from the pool and half of that given to the two players without a bye?

Player with BYE: 1/2 chance X 2/3 of prize pool = 1/3 equity

Players with extra round: 1/6 + (1/4 chance X 2/3 of prize pool) = 1/3 equity
