Excellent question.

Several years ago, I compared the tightness distributions of margins of other scores compared to money. Empirically, I found a ratio of 20:14:9 for money to GS/GG to dmp. I've been applying that ratio to the (Ballard/Weaver) error scale, so that the definition of "tied" at the various scores works out to be:

Money .000 to .010
GS ..... .000 to .007
GG .... .000 to .007
dmp ... .000 to .0045

The Gnu dmp rollout for 52S/64 is [H R5.4] -- which I rounded to [H R5] in my post. That margin exceeds 4.5 (i.e., .0045), so I don't call it tied. It's very close to tied, though. :)
