Best move for 21 after 61.

Try to explain, why the split is better with the numbers you mentioned [43, 32, 52].

Those, for me, follow the easy rule of "split against a beginning priming thread while the opponent is not yet well developed and short on material". I was stuck on the reason why 21 is an exception. As David and Casper point out, it might be tactics (slotting gives you stronger sixes, and makes 55 and 66 weaker for your opponent).
