Chocolate is not going to improve further, unless by hitting or moving home. So I think Blonde would want to play conservatively after playing 60 24/18: avoid leaving shots if you can, if you have to leave shot minimize the number of shots (within reason), trying to build more points along the way. If you cannot play safe but can hit from the bar anchor without leaving two blots, I think you do that. 6s that cannot be used to make a point are probably to be played 24/18, especially if there is not builder on Chocolate's prime.

In general, you don't try to do too much, Chocolate will need to make his move for home, and if you can avoid being on the bar and hopefully add a point or two you'd do well enough.
