Well, that got me curious. Unfortunately I could not make any sense out of it (both points). Care to elaborate? :-D
Ok, I am aware that neural nets get as strong as they get basically by learning from one trial rollouts (and in some esoteric way I think that rolling out any positions that you are very unlikely to ever see again on the board in your life more than, say, 36 trials must be a waste of CPU time, which would be better spent on variations, or other positions altogether. I think the problem is that humans are just not made for digesting or even storing this kind of fuzzy information, and that setting up rollouts is a non-negligible overhead.). Is that anywhere close to what you were trying to say?
