In Response To: Doubles (Daniel Murphy)

Is the partner someone from the team or not ? I play very little chouette :o)

I made my conjecture for the two players being above an unspecified level of playing strength. My only basis is having seen some very low error rate cited for some doubles teams having two WC players. I agree that you can WC players with such poor chemistry or radical different temperaments that it is a disadvantage being two. But I still think two strong players who are familiar with each other and communicates well, will play no worse than the strongest player would individually.
