I'd play something more adventurous than 13/8. Behind in the race and in development, I think you need offensive structure to create counterplay. 13/8 is too slow for me, so I'd either play 13/10 6/4 (Slotting and unstacking) or 8/5 6/4 (double slot), with a preference for the latter. I don't want to move the single checker up yet.

Tough play.
