I think you will lose this only about 11% of the time. If your opponent passes, he has 13% or so. Looks like a double and clear pass, but to be sure you'd need to calculate a take point.

If you leave a shot, your opponent should recube to 8 on the come - and a clear take for you, as a substantial favorite.
